Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when we give refunds on our digital guides.

Digital Products

Our guides are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. When you buy a guide and ask for immediate delivery, you agree that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun. This is normal for digital content under UK consumer law.

When We Refund

We will give you a full refund if:

• your guide was not delivered, or
• you could not download it because of a technical fault on our side, or
• the guide is materially not as described.

To request a refund, email support@fathommoney.com with your order details within 30 days of purchase. We aim to respond within a few working days.

How Refunds Are Made

Refunds are processed by our payment provider (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days for the money to appear.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
