Welcome to Fathom. These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of our guides. By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Fathom is a trading name of Paul Henderson, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@fathommoney.com.

What We Sell

We publish digital guides (PDF ebooks) on personal money and tax topics. Each guide is a one-off purchase, delivered to you by email as a downloadable PDF.

Educational Information, Not Advice

Our guides are general educational information written for non-specialists. They are not personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and they do not take account of your individual circumstances. Rules, rates and thresholds change and may have changed since a guide was published. Before acting, confirm the current position and consult a suitably qualified professional. You are responsible for any decisions you make.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown on the site in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. Payment and order processing are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, so your purchase is also subject to that provider's buyer terms. We currently use Lemon Squeezy, and may use Paddle in future.

Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a link to download your PDF. If a guide does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

Licence and Intellectual Property

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share it, in whole or in part. All content remains the intellectual property of Fathom.

Availability

We may add, update, reprice or withdraw guides at any time. Because figures and rules change, older guides may not reflect the current position.

Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you take on the basis of our guides, or from any inability to access the site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.
